Joining or Quitting Facebook?

Have you ever used Facebook before?
Are you a hard core Facebook user? Or not?

Facebook is a popular social networking website. In simple terms, Facebook allows you to create profiles, to connect friends, family, share information, pictures, and videos help you connect with new friends all over the world. Facebook was formed in 2004 and today about 750 million users all over the world using the Facebook.

Is Facebook are really a necessary for us? Based on the article that I have read All The Cool Kids Quitting Facebook by Jenna Wortham  it is true that Facebook have two sides of arguments which is the pros and the cons of using Facebook. People who like Facebook, they can spend hours browsing through other people's profiles, whereas some people are not really into it even they know how to use it well.

From my opinion, I totally agree with the writer’s opinion. Using Facebook is the great way to connect with your old friends. It really helps and allows you to reconnect with your old friends and to make new friends. You can keep in touch with your friends, no matter how far you are. Besides, you can update about what is happening in your life so that you friends and your family know what is happening around you.

Some people think you should not have Facebook because they think there are some things that give you bad influence and also can risking your privacy. When you are using Facebook all the information sharing can be seen by everyone and many people have claiming that Facebook is a violation of individual’s privacy. The pictures, videos or a status has been updated on Facebook, it is in the public. Most of the people who will be viewing your profile are from unknown people and   you will also get unwanted friend requests.
